To verify that a real person is using Karishma AI and prevent misuse, to answer your questions, to follow up on enquiries you make, and to improve our products and content. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Your question may be processed by an AI service provider (Anthropic) to write an answer. Emails are sent through our mail provider. Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and AI-assistant records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or messaging us. We will act on verified requests promptly.

AI answers

AI can make mistakes. Please confirm details with our team before making a decision. Specifications come from the manufacturer's published information; warranty terms are set by each manufacturer.

The site stores a small token in your browser so Karishma AI remembers that you verified your email. Analytics cookies are used only if enabled.
